I have always had a little trouble cropping and resizing my pics exactly to fit my phone screen perfectly, opening photoshop or some other similar software takes more time to execute than to actually cropping/resizing the image.
I came across this online Crop/Resize tool a few days back which has been very useful to me ever since, just though I'd share it with you all.
